Take the Airport Boulevard road north.
Follow the signs for
Route 528 West, also known as
the Beeline Expressway (toll road).
Follow 528 West towards the I4
Exit Route 528 onto I-4 heading West towards Tampa.
Follow I-4 West past Sea world and Disney.
Then skip to the directions below "If you're traveling on Interstate 4."
If you're traveling from South
East Florida,
for example if you fly into Miami...
Traveling north on the Florida turnpike, take exit #242 to U.S. 192. Left
(west) on U.S. 192. This is a
four-lane local road with stoplights, also known as Irlo Bronson
Highway. Go approximately miles ??.
Watch for the mile-marker numbers and follow as they decrease toward 5. Then
skip to the heading below called "Directions
Kissimmee".
If
you're traveling from South West Florida, for example if you're
coming from Naples, Fort Meyers, Port Charlotte, Sarasota...
Travel North on Interstate 75 to Interstate 4 near Tampa.
Take I-4 toward Orlando.
If you're traveling from Northwest Florida...
Take I-10 East to I-75. South on I-75 to exit 328, the Florida Turnpike.
Go south to
exit 259 for Interstate 4. Go west on I-4 and follow
directions below from I-4.
If you're traveling from Northeast Florida...
Take Interstate 95 south
to Interstate 4. Go west on I-4 and follow
directions below from I-4.
If you're traveling on Interstate 4...
From either east (coming from Tampa) or west (going toward Tampa), take exit #64B. This will place you on
U.S.192 going west away from Kissimmee. (Highway 192 is
also known as Irlo Bronson Highway.) Go approximately 2 miles.

As you travel west along U.S. 192 from either I-4 or the Florida Turnpike, you are looking for Formosa Garden Blvd.
It is on the left side between mile markers 5 & 4. (Look
for the miniature golf park on the right and on the left the Red Lobster
Restaurant. Turn left. Go about 1/2 mile to stop sign. Proceed straight
ahead after stopping at the stop sign. Go about a mile more. Turn right
onto Canary Island Drive. Continue across a small bridge
(over freeway) and drive directly to the Security Gatehouse. Stop at guard house.
After being issued a visitor's pass by the guard, continue up the incline. Make the first right
at the large community center, which is Roaring Creek Court. Take the next left from
Roaring Creek Court onto Princess Palm Lane. Then as you go down Princess Palm,
you have a choice. You can either make the next left on Lady Palm Lane, or you may
turn left at the second street which is Butterfly Palm Way. They go
on either side of the building and you may access unit 102 in building 2305 from
both streets.
Picking Up key for
property...
The property management company has an office located in the shopping
center just as you turn into Formosa Garden Blvd where you can pick up
the key. Coordinate your arrival time and any alternative key
pick-up details with them when you make your payments to secure your
reservation.
